Part 123 - a quick Tuesday note

I am writing on my phone in the back seat of an Uber. This is a first!

I had my 14th Lecanemab infusion this morning. I slept through most of it.

When I got home, Big Bit and I took a long nap. I may start meowing and licking myself clean soon.

I am on the way home from Costco. I went to pick up a prescription. Generally, I have prescriptions delivered by Instacart. This drug requires a signature and can't be delivered.

Drug prices piss me off.

The cost for this drug is $58.05. I asked the cashier if the drug was not covered by insurance. She looked and said $58.05 is the BCBS price. She checked the Costco price (without insurance). It is $27.79.

Crazy!

I bet the wholesale cost is less than $20.

I bought a chicken taco kit with fresh grilled chicken.
