My Alzheimer's Journey
Part 152 - Changes!
Hello Friends,
I have an important announcement regarding the future structure of My Alzheimer’s Journey. To better serve this community and ensure the sustainability of my work, I am splitting the blog into two separate, focused publications.
1. My Alzheimer’s Journey (Current Blog)
Focus: My personal journey as an Alzheimer’s patient, delivered with authenticity and humor.
Frequency: Once per week. Most likely Friday.
Cost: Free, voluntary donations are appreciated.
2. Greg’s Alzheimer’s Research Report
Focus: Comprehensive, technical, and commercial intelligence on Alzheimer’s disease.
Content Includes: New treatments, clinical trials, emerging research, scientific conferences, and biotech/pharmaceutical updates.
Frequency: Five times per week (Monday – Friday).
Cost: Subscription required ($10/month or $100/year).
My goal is to give each publication the attention it deserves. While Alzheimer’s research and my journey as someone with Alzheimer’s disease are intertwined, the writing style, or narrative, is different. With separate publications, I can share my journey in a casual and authentic style. The research publication will have a more structured format.
You will continue to receive my weekly personal posts here, free of charge. For those who want daily, in-depth scientific reporting, the new publication is designed specifically for you.
Greg’s Alzheimer’s Research Report is not a newsletter you have to find time to read - it’s the one that saves you time. I cut through the noise of the scientific community to bring you the latest updates on Alzheimer’s research.
Deep Research, Plain English: I summarize the most complex, technical, and scientific information on Alzheimer’s disease and new treatments, delivering it in clear, understandable language.
Daily, Focused Updates: Receive a new publication Monday through Friday, ensuring you are current in the fast-moving world of Alzheimer’s research and clinical trials.
Save Hours of Searching: Stop wading through on-line scientific journals and press releases. My carefully researched articles consolidate information on:
New Treatment Research and Updates
In-Depth Clinical Trial Information (including Phase 3 trials like Masupirdine and registrational development like Diranersen)
Biotech and Pharmaceutical Company Movements
Coverage of Scientific Conferences (like AAIC)
Fast & Convenient: Each issue is designed to be a fast, 10-minute read, integrating seamlessly into your busy schedule.
Trusted Independent Voice: As a patient with Alzheimer’s, my personal interest guarantees the research is relevant and crucial to our community.
